You have taken one look outside your window to see that your backyard needs not only to b mowed, but also is in serious need of being weeded. You have a job that takes up most of your time, and are wondering if you should just hire a landscaper. However, you also need to fresh air and exercise. Often the most annoying part of backyard landscaping is mowing the lawn. The taller the grass, the harder it is to mow the lawn. If you are younger, mowing the awn can actually make for great exercise. The same rules apply to flower gardens. In fact, if you have a large enough yard, you can have a significant amount of it devoted to the flower garden. This would certainly require less mowing on your part if you choose to take care of the lawn on your own.
